Grecco shoots Guerilla Style
There’s no doubt Michael Grecco is one of the most famous commercial portrait photographers. His book Lighting and the Dramatic Portrait has been very popular in the photography community. Personally I expected a bit more, bit it still is interesting. Grecco often uses California Sunbounce products. These days it’s pretty common for equipment manufacturers to sponsor photographers in order to create more buzz around their stuff. That’s why California Sunbounce made a video about a Grecco shoot in downtown LA.
It’s very interesting to watch if you like bending the light just like me.
They call it Guerilla Shooting. Working with a photographer, model, stylist, make up artist, hairdresser and THREE assistants sounds more like D-Day to me. So if any of you California Sunbounce people read this: You can allways sponsor me if you want to film a real Geurilla Shoot.

Your blog is great and why not have you play with the latest tool from Sunbounce. With you – I know it is in good hands because you know how to enhance and tweak the light. One does not find these skills very often. I love your Frankfurt fish-eye shot with the special remote trigger.
