the Bold and the Beautiful

It has been pretty slow on this blog lately but behind the scenes it’s busier than ever. I’m afraid the next few weeks won’t bring more blogging time either. My usual workload is complemented with a number of big things that couldn’t wait. I’ll tell you what it is soon.

In the mean time I just wanted to show you this image from a guerilla shoot I did yesterday at the coast with the help, humour and nice company of Jean and Didier.

This workload is pretty heavy to carry but then again, not too many people can get a nice tan on the beach for their job.

Bert, I just found your site via your youtube videos. Really impressive–very dramatic. I’ve been doing everything via natural light only, but you really demonstrate the power of the flash. I’m going to get to work on my 580 EXII–of course, life will be easier once I can get some pocket wizards, but anyway, keep up the great work.

Een grappige foto. Lijkt wel of het model gewoon wegloopt terwijl de fotograaf nog scherp staat te stellen.

hi bert, i really like your pictures. Actually i plan to buy canon70-200 f4. Is it good enough for portraiture? If you have to choose between this lens and sigma 50-150 f2.8, which one u take?

    Thanks,

    reiza
