Haze Study 1 – Hello Haze

Haze … the word itself holds a promise. Haze is mystery, atmosphere and gentleness packed in tiny particles suspended in the air.

I’ve worked with smoke many times. I like smoke but it lacks sophistication, it’s too loud.

So I’ve set out to learn about haze, get to know its characteristics, the way it reacts in different lighting scenarios, the interaction with the subject matter and much more.

At some point, I’ll start doing specific tests and shoots, but for now I’m just observing and slowly get to know haze.
