Shinrin-Yoku in the Rain
The Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is the simple and therapeutic act of spending time in a forest.
For over a year now, I’ve been doing some photo shoots to explore this concept photographically. I should make time to do more of these shoots. I find the results interesting but what’s even more fascinating is the interaction between the subject and nature. I’m definitely going to keep this project going. If anyone is interested in getting in front of the camera … let me know.
